PROCESS

How the process runs

Each step has its own deliverable and its own checkpoint.

  1. 01

    Need and product definition

We clarify the product, its use, target audience, volume, and budget range together.

  2. 02

    Manufacturer and supplier evaluation

Candidates in Türkiye or abroad are researched; capacity, quality systems, certification, and commercial terms are evaluated.

  3. 03

    Feasibility and total-cost analysis

Technical, commercial, and regulatory feasibility of import to Türkiye — plus total landed cost — is evaluated with relevant specialists.

  4. 04

    Offer and scope

Service scope, timelines, and pricing are clarified in a written offer.

  5. 05

    Purchase and production coordination

Samples, prototypes, negotiation, production planning, progress tracking, and quality-control coordination.

  6. 06

    Shipping and customs coordination

International shipping, insurance, and documentation; customs operations are coordinated with authorized customs brokers and relevant partners.

  7. 07

    Warehousing and domestic delivery

Turkey-based warehousing, packaging, and delivery coordination.

OPERATING MODELS

Two operating models

A different structure is engaged based on the project's scale and the customer's import setup.

01

Import operation coordination

On projects where the customer is the importer, we provide a coordination service defined by contract. Purchasing, production, shipping, and customs are coordinated by TRADIQ; import operations are conducted in the customer's name.

02

Import and domestic supply via TRADIQ

On eligible projects, TRADIQ acts as the importer and domestic seller; the product is invoiced and delivered within Türkiye. Tax, product-safety, and contractual eligibility are evaluated on a per-project basis.

§

TRADIQ does not hold a customs-brokerage license. Customs operations are coordinated with authorized customs brokers and relevant partners.

TOTAL COST

How total cost is defined

Total cost is defined together within the offer scope, based on the product price and the items below. We do not guarantee any fixed price, lead time, minimum quantity, or all-inclusive coverage independently of the project.

  • Product cost
  • International shipping
  • Insurance where applicable
  • Tax and customs duties
  • Conformity and testing costs
  • Warehousing
  • Domestic delivery
  • TRADIQ service fee
COMMERCIAL CONFIDENTIALITY

Protecting manufacturer and supplier information

To protect the commercial value of your manufacturer and supplier relationships, we build supply and import structures suited to each project. We limit information sharing to what the work requires and define confidentiality by contract. Statutory notifications, product-traceability requirements, and mandatory labelling obligations remain reserved.
