Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the TRADIQ website. By continuing to use the site, you agree to these terms.
1. Purpose of the site
The data controller for personal data processed through this website is TRADIQ ULUSLARARASI MARKA GELİŞTİRME SANAYİ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("TRADIQ"). Our registered address is Saraylar Mah. 464 Sk. Durmuş Ali Çoban İş Merkezi No: 1 İç Kapı No: 12 Merkezefendi / Denizli. MERSİS: 0859155503900001. Denizli Trade Registry — 55523. Tax Office: Saraylar · Tax No: 8591555039.
This site is used to provide information about the strategy, product development, manufacturer / supplier research, production management, foreign trade, and operational outsourcing services offered by TRADIQ, and to receive consultation requests from interested parties. The site does not process online sales, payments, or order acceptance.
2. Nature of the contact / request form
Completing and submitting the contact / request form on the site (including in periods when the form is active) does not, in and of itself, create an order, a contract, a firm price, or a delivery commitment. The form only enables an initial consultation request to be sent. A concrete service relationship is only formed if and when a written offer or contract prepared by TRADIQ is mutually accepted.
At this date the form on the site has been prepared technically but data collection is not active. When the form is activated, this section will be updated to reflect the form's actual flow.
3. Service scope and business models
TRADIQ delivers its services under two main business models: (i) coordination and operations management on the customer's own supply chain, and (ii) where appropriate, a direct commercial model in which TRADIQ acts as the importer / seller. The details, scope, and commercial terms of each model are described on /en/sourcing-import; the model applicable to each concrete relationship, along with fees, payment, delivery, quality control, confidentiality, and liability terms, is defined in the relevant offer or contract.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the site — including but not limited to text, editorial articles, visual design, layout, icons, wordmark, and the TRADIQ name — is the property of TRADIQ or, where applicable, its licensors, and is protected by intellectual-property law. Except for personal, non-commercial use consistent with reasonable browsing, no part of the site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without prior written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site only for purposes consistent with applicable legislation and in a way that does not impair the ability of others to use it. Any misuse of the contact / request form — including automated submissions, misleading information, or attempts to overload or damage the site — is prohibited.
6. Content disclaimer
The information on this site — including editorial articles under /en/insights — is intended for general information and thought-sharing. It does not substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific situation. Please consult qualified advisors before making commercial, legal, financial, regulatory, or operational decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable legislation, TRADIQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or reliance on its content. This provision does not restrict rights and obligations arising from consumer protection legislation, KVKK, or other mandatory rules.
8. Changes
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law and competent courts
These Terms of Use are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes arising from these terms or from the use of the site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Denizli. This clause does not remove a consumer's right, in consumer disputes, to bring proceedings before the courts or consumer arbitration committees at the consumer's place of residence.
